Our Team
Meshen Pillay
Meshen is our dynamic Group CEO, with vast experience in senior roles at global financial institutions, specialising in project management. After a decade in the United Kingdom, he returned to South Africa to utilise his skills and expertise to grow the engineering, fire and construction sectors across Africa. Meshen began in civil construction, and later expanded to commercial and private projects, fire protection, and mechanical engineering services. His unwavering dedication to providing service excellence and his hard-working approach has fuelled his entrepreneurial journey. He is passionate about skills development, women empowerment and uplifting communities through training and employment. Through various initiatives in the private and non-profit sector, he changes the lives of many people everyday.
Rishal Ramjee
Rishal has over 15 years of experience in Property Development and Construction sector. With his solid foundation and a wealth of experience in quantity surveying, Rishal was promoted to Chief Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager at a major company. Later, he joined a leading urban regeneration firm, restoring commercial areas like the Durban CBD, and played a huge role in helping abused women and children find secure housing.
At Trade Factor Group, Rishal uses his experience to lead his team, ensuring that every project exceeds expectations through service excellence and timely project completion. Surpassing clients’ expectations has been his driving force, and he has gained an unmatched reputation in industry.
